Do we accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we gladly accept returns or exchanges. Contact us within 14 days after delivery and ship item back to us within 30 days and we will process a money back return or gladly exchange for another item. Item must be in new condition!. Please note, we do not refund shipping expenses.
What can't be returned or exchanged?
Because of the nature of custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally to all countries. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
How long is the order processing time?
Order processing time for accessories and jewelry is 1 to 3 business days. For apparel items processing time is 3-5 business days due to demand and production time. Custom orders 1 week.
What is liquid glitter?
Liquid glitter is a mixture of liquid and glitter that moves around throughout our products. It makes the glitter float freely and beautifully through the our enclosed airtight plastic spaces within our products.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Yes! We use an all natural liquid mixture that is safe if it ever comes in contact with skin. We take extra measures to ensure that our products never break or leak by using strong, durable air tight sections within our products.
