Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges. Contact us within 14 days after delivery and ship item back to us within 30 days and we will process a money back return or gladly exchange for another item. Item must be in new condition to receive refund. Please note, we do not refund shipping expenses.
Because of the nature of custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not accept cancellations, however please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Shipping & Processing Time
Order processing time for accessories and jewelry is 1 to 3 business days. For apparel items processing time is 3-5 business days due to demand and production time. For custom orders processing time is 1 week.

We ship internationally to all countries. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Once we have shipped your order we will send you a shipping notification that contains a tracking number.
